Every community around the world faces challenges—from natural disasters to economic changes—and find ways to adapt and thrive. I will spend 30 minutes exploring stories of community resilience and reflect on what lessons I can bring to my own community.

Strong communities are built on connection and trust. I will reach out to 10 others—friends, colleagues, or neighbors—to check in, have a meaningful conversation, offer support, or to meet someone new near me.

Small acts of kindness and gratitude can brighten someone's day and create a positive ripple effect. I will express gratitude to 10 people or perform 10 random acts of kindness to spread joy and connection.

Supporting local businesses helps keep communities vibrant and resilient. I will choose to shop at 3 local businesses or restaurants, with a focus on businesses owned by people of color, local farmers, or community members.

Local events such as farmers' markets, festivals, or community meetings like town halls are great ways to feel part of a community. I will attend 5 community events to connect with others and learn more about my area.

Shared projects at work strengthen teams and build organizational resilience. I will host or join 1 cleanup events with colleagues, classmates, or group members to improve our environment and strengthen collaboration.

Working together builds resilience and pride in the places we care about. I will participate in 3 community projects such as a cleanup or local beautification project that strengthens connections and shared purpose.

Belonging to a group can help build friendships and a sense of purpose. I will explore online or in-person groups or clubs that share my interests or goals and join a group to connect with others.
