Vesper's actions

Wildlife

Use Reusable Bags

Plastic bags do not always end up in landfills and if they aren't properly disposed of. In nature, they can be mistaken for food by many wild animals and harm wildlife. When I go shopping, I will be sure to bring my own bags to reduce waste and the chance that plastic bags could find their way into wildlife habitats.

Not difficult when you typically buy so few things, but when I do have to shop I just grab an old bag (Fabric one) I have from back when the Justice store was open in Eastland Mall. It may be childish, but it's nostalgic and safer for the environment
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health and Well-Being
Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What changes did you make to improve your sleep, and how did they affect your day?

I never really slept that well as a kid, and my sleep schedule was especially messed up during high school. While I do sleep better now the 20 minutes do really make a difference in preparing for your day!
