Michaela Avino 4/14/2025 6:04 AMEach day I exercised, I felt happier, more connected to nature (I did most exercising outside), more well-rested, and more motivated to make other positive health choices, such as craving fruits and vegetables over processed foods. I enjoyed doing yard work and landscaping the most, and it felt like the most full-body workout! -

Michaela Avino 4/14/2025 6:02 AMIt is better for my health, and I can eat local produce to support local farmers and reduce my carbon footprint while supporting the local economy and my neighbors. I think my favorite vegetable this week was a grilled cabbage salad with homemade caesar dressing.
