    One of my goals is to express gratitude and do random acts of kindness, so today I made my boyfriend a lunch to take to his track meet, along with cookies for him to share with his friends, since I had work and couldn't make it!

    How did shortening your showers affect your awareness of water conservation? What other water-saving practices can you adopt in your daily routine?

    I thought about how I normally take up to 20 minutes and realized how unnecessary that is. Taking a shorter shower today, I noticed that I could do everything I'd normally do but with less water waste. I was also thinking about how I might've taken advantage of the fact that I have water so easily accessible and not thought about other people's situations, especially due to A.I. and its effects recently. In the future, to save more water, I can change my habit of keeping the sink on while brushing my teeth or washing my face when it isn't necessary.
