Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

Cutting back on refined sugar can improve energy, mood, and overall health. I will limit my intake of sugary snacks and drinks by reducing refined sugar in meals or snacks each day.

Before the challenge, I didn’t realize how dependent I was on sugar. Now, I feel more in control with fewer cravings. The hardest part was resisting cravings, especially during stress but I managed by choosing healthier alternatives and staying consistent.-

Daily exercise improved my strength, flexibility and endurance, making my body more capable and resilient. Mentally, it built discipline, reduced stress and improved focus. Activities like strength training, stretching and light cardio helped me feel stronger, more flexible and better able to adapt to challenges.
