Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

    Although I enjoy eating meat, I have made a conscious effort during April to eat more fruits and vegetables. By making this choice, I am doing good for myself, for others, and for the environment

    Choosing a local business at the airport contributes to a more vibrant community by keeping money within the community, creates more local jobs, and helps promote sustainability through locally sourced items.
