Save Water When Washing Dishes
Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

Reduce Refined Sugar
Cutting back on refined sugar can improve energy, mood, and overall health. I will limit my intake of sugary snacks and drinks by reducing refined sugar in meals or snacks each day.

Good sleep is essential for a healthy body and mind. I will prioritize getting 15 minutes of quality sleep each night and develop a bedtime routine that supports rest and relaxation.

Kelly Amunrud 4/07/2026 12:00 PMI run the dishwasher less by making sure it is full. I also open it to dry the dishes to save energy. I also don't run the water when brushing my teeth. -

Kelly Amunrud 4/02/2026 8:48 AMI was addicted to sugar in my previous life but I am significantly cutting back and I feel good about that decision. Keeping it out of the house is the biggest win!
