    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now? What was the most challenging part of reducing refined sugar, and how did you overcome it?

    Before this challenge, I wouldn’t say I was addicted, but I had already been working for a few months to reduce my sugar intake for health reasons. Now I feel more in control and more aware of my habits. The hardest part has been cutting hidden sugars and cravings, but I’ve managed it by choosing healthier alternatives and staying consistent.
