Yoga, with its advanced stretching poses and breathing techniques, is an exercise and meditation session all rolled into one. Goal: Perform Yoga 4-5 times per week for a minimum of 10 minutes per session. Why: Yoga is a healthy action item for all ages.

Hello! My name is Becca Allen and today, April 10th, is my first day of the ecochallenge 2025. I am currently on the Keto diet, I do Yoga 4-5 times a week, and I work out 3-4 times per week. I look forward to learning all the ways to help keep ourselves and our planet healthy and clean. Looking forward to this journey! Enjoy the picture of the mallard ducks my family took on our last outdoor adventure at the park.
