    Having recently lost our beloved pet, reading resources on coping with this profound loss is important to me because it validates the complex emotions I'm feeling. Discovering that grief can involve various stages such as denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance helps me recognize and navigate these feelings as a normal part of the healing process.

    Joining the ecochallenge will empower me and provide a strong sense of accomplishment. Having to do this with individuals with the same mindset provides a valuable opportunity to collaborate, share experiences, and work towards a common goal.

    I usually add sugar to my coffee and because diabetes runs in the family i decided to make this commitment; by gradually reducing the amount of sugar I put into my coffee.
