Innovation can create a more sustainable world. I will spend 30 minutes learning about new materials, technologies, ideas, or practices that help solve environmental challenges and improve our planet's future.
Meditation helps build resilience and clarity. I will spend 3 minutes each day to meditate or create a moment of silence each day to reflect on things important to me.
Adding fruits and vegetables to our meals nourishes our body and the planet. I will prepare and enjoy 4 servings of a variety of colorful fruits and veggies.
Local events such as farmers' markets, festivals, or community meetings like town halls are great ways to feel part of a community. I will attend 1 community events to connect with others and learn more about my area.
Staying connected strengthens relationships and boosts well-being. Each day, I will reach out to 10 friends or colleagues to check in, have a meaningful conversation, or offer support.
Small acts of kindness and gratitude can brighten someone's day and create a positive ripple effect. I will express gratitude to 10 people or perform 2 random acts of kindness to spread joy and connection.
Bringing people together helps strengthen bonds. I will organize and host a gathering, such as a potluck, coffee meet up, or shared meal, for friends, family, colleagues, or neighbors to foster connection and community spirit.
Belonging to a group can help build friendships and a sense of purpose. I will explore online or in-person groups or clubs that share my interests or goals and join a group to connect with others.
Bees and other pollinators are vital to ecosystems and agriculture. I will spending 30 minutes learning about local pollinators and why they are so important.
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
