    I emit the most carbon through my consumption of energy, food, and etc. I plan to adopt more energy-efficient practices and choose more sustainable foods, such as incorporating plant-based meals.

    The health conditions shared by people on social media made me realize the importance of attending a check-up while you are still young. Doing so would enable us to be prepared and avoid worst-case scenarios in the future.

    I think it would be the noise we create when traveling or visiting places. Spending time with family or friends is really fun, but we sometimes forget the noise we create can disturb our environment. So, being aware of our surroundings will prevent us from harming others and disrupting the peace.

    I started loving taking care of plants during the pandemic when a lot of people became plantitos and plantitas. During those challenging times, planting somehow helped me divert my attention from the crisis.

    During this time of meditation, I tend to think of many things all at once, which I find challenging because I am expecting to be able to calm my thoughts for a while. This is clearly an area I need to work on.

    Pollinators have an impact on my daily life especially because we have a small garden at home. They play a vital role in plant reproduction and must not be shooed away even though they can sting.
