    After stabilizing my health (not fully recovered yet) I have restarted to do some exercise at home. My goal is to get back to summing at least three times a week and later, when I recover more, I will go back to bicking.

    I have added one more hour of sleep by finishing everything I have to do at home earlier and leaving the computer and iPad out of my room.

    I have two dogs and I normally spend some minutes walking. every day They are English Bulldogs, so they do not need extreme physical activity but we do have fun walking. They do their dogs things (hahahah) and I get the chance to appreciate nature.

    I moved to a new place last August. I donated many things that I did not use anymore. These things were received by a community leader that helps people in need. I was very happy to know that these things are useful for many people.
    I have also donted the clothes that did not wear anymore. I gave them to Mrs. Georgina Lopez who helps me at home. She has a small side business selling second hand clothes.

    I have been meditaing for quite a while now. I really helps me to start my day with pleanty of energy and dedicate some minutes to ease my mind.
