    I've been challenging myself to be more conscious of my sugar intake. I don't think I'm "addicted" to sugar but the most challenging part is when I want something sugary or sweet, to take a moment to reflect on sugar intake throughout the day and see if there's something I can replace my sweet treat with that has possibly less sugar or a more healthy option.

      I am doing a 90 day challenge with my gym and I have had to give up sugar for this challenge and it has been so hard. However, I love things like dates and honey that have a natural sweetness.

    So far, my Earth Month eco challenge is going great! I exercised and was outdoors a lot more than expected this weekend and it helped to get my week started off feeling more energized!

    I setup plans in events where we may need to shelter at home but also in the event we need to evacuate. We have staple items that we keep in the house at all times in case of extreme weather events such as a hand crank radio and first aid kit. Having a plan makes me feel more prepared to focus on the event at hand.

    After the meditation, I felt calm, focused and positive about the day to come. Mindfulness can support my well-being day to day by giving me a moment to reflect on stresses from the day prior and how to focus on moving forward each day.

    Regenerative agriculture is the most inspiring because it's focused on rebuilding soil health and working with natural systems vs working against them. Healthy soil can support with holding more water and helping farmers with unpredictable weather and in the long run, lead to more stable years over decades to come.
