On April 27, I organized a litter pick-up at the 35th Street wetlands. I was interviewed by WNDU TV news about why wetlands are important and what our focus on plastics at the wetlands was a priority. The piece with my comments was aired on the 6 pm news on April 27, 2024.

On April 4, I attended a meeting at the St. Joseph County Public Library to plan a strategy for planting native flowers at nearby schools and libraries in order to support local ecosystems.
