I've been a pescatarian for about 15 years, and a vegetarian for 7 years before that because of the energy it takes to produce meat instead of vegetables and other food sources. I learned more about the carbon footprint of shrimp and farmed seafood, as well as cheese, and will be cutting back on those products as well.
