    We lose our relationship and connection with nature when we don't get outside. Interestingly, I just read Robin Wall Kimmerer's book Braiding Sweetgrass and she talks about our need to put our hands in the earth to "make ourselves whole again" and the importance of knowing the plant and other life that's beneath you.

    I feel I’m going down the rabbit hole with the issue of plastics. In the past, I had not paid attention to the garlic I sometimes buy- packaged in plastic netting. Easy fix. Don’t buy it.
