    Some of the most seen consequences these days are being Vitamin D insufficient and having migraine issues. It is definitely recommended to follow the 20-20-20 rule for eyes and take a few minutes between work and take a walk outside to catch some sunlight.

    Being mindful of using water while washing dishes. Using substances like mustard powder and vinegar to get rid of the stains much faster and save water.

    I think the best way to go about inculcating new sustainability-related habits is by taking small steps every day. Adding something small to your daily routine can help make a big difference in the long run.
