I will make sure I shower in 5 minutes.  I am careful not to have the water running in order for it to warm up before washing my hands.

The dirty list I had heard of but had not heard of the clean list. My biggest surprise was that some of the clean list produce is pulled out of the ground which I thought would make them dirty. Since I love all of the mentioned produce in both clean and dirty I will make sure I buy as much as I can from te clean list and wash the dirty list...

Try not to flush toilet after every use except for solids

I love to travel and have seen how tourism have destroyed the environment especially with the poor management of wastes like plastic wraps and straws which are featured in the amenities of accomodations. I know there are alternatives if there are more awareness of options.
