It was surprisingly difficult but it made me pick more sustainable options and made me realize where I struggled...not to mention what my worst offenders were for single use plastics. This has made me examine my habits more.

Spending time outdoors and tracking my purchases were challenges that I did not have much difficulty completing. It was a bit hard motivating myself to get outside when it was raining all day. Eating meatless and vegan meals was somewhat hard for me because I tend to eat meat quite a bit. I had a couple of plant based vegan Cesar salads, that even had plant based cheese. It was very interesting to try and I got kind of a sense of what plant based things tasted like. It was also cool to see how much that helps the planet.

Plastic water bottles. We would use them and take them to the store in exchange for food money. As a substitute i bought a reusable flask that i fill up regularly with water instead of buying cases of single use plastic water bottles.
