I have lived in diffirent areas with different kinds of transportation systems...I have realized that Eugene has a very good infrastructure for reducing a majority of my trips I would normally just drive for out of convenience or laziness :P

Im excited to know I will complete ALL of my one-time actions this month! I am volunteering at Mt.Pisgah this Saturday to help clean up trails and remove invasive species. I have especially enjoyed picking up litter on our walks, we have found some great things to either keep, reuse, or donate <3

I watched a documentary called Nations United: Urgent Solutions for Urgent Times. Very powerful message on why we need to change the way we view and participate in the world. The documentary explored 4 categories associated with the 17 SDG's - the biggest takeaway for me is to remember my privilege (even as a minority) and the positive change I can make by staying humble, sharing my eco habits, and continue a sustainable lifestyle.

I have been curious how beneficial it is to add solar to homes here in OR. Hope it is worthwhile!! :)

I've always had cars available, but have been encouraged and shown by example that bike commuting or public transit are not so challenging and can be rewarding.
