I’ve never seen these lists, and thought it was interesting that there was such a diverse range of food types on each. I know I make the right choices for my health in taking advantage of all the local farms and produce stands in my area, and enjoy going straight to the fields many months of the year. 

I have a small water footprint, until its accounted for food and travel.  If only the small positive choices we make on a daily basis with our personal living habits could translate into more water saved. I’ve always been fairly water conscious, but showers are for sure the place I waste the most. Paying attention to what I’m doing in the shower, and planning ahead to not “dally” while getting ready has helped me cut down shower time.
