I made "One Pot Orzo" that was full of veggies, good flavor and had a kick with some red pepper flakes! I liked trying something new - new flavor combinations and using veggies in different ways than I have before in cooking. This is a fav in our house now!

I donate food to help others and like that I am able to help provide necessities that might not have otherwise been available.

Learned more about the eco challenge offerings and came away with some more great resources to check out!

STL teammates, look out for Marjan's invite to a neighborhood cleanup volunteering event. You can log this event for points! We will plan to get together in the Motors lobby and leave the campus after the Department Meeting on 26th.

I just shared a volunteering opportunity from MKEriverkeeper with the team in Milwaukee and will arrange a neighborhood cleanup in Saint Louis. Looking forward to these events to support our community! :)

It is hard to accomplish when the weather does not cooperate, it will be easier as we get closer to warmer days
