    I am terrible at sewing to mend holes so I limit the opportunities to just socks so no one sees my horrible skills. Still, there are pairs of socks that I really like to wear that when they get holes, it is better to mend them and give them some more life and just throwing them out.

    What a great session! Change is hard and I really liked the sharing of change models as well as the idea that small incremental changes done by many people can lead to larger change when multiplied across many people and across time.

I started with limiting the time elapsed between starting my car and driving. On colder mornings, I would let my car idle for several minutes before driving....
