I support local farmers by buying direct from them, eggs tomatoes, zuccini squashes, local Water springs and local thrift stores for re-purposed clothing!

We support small businesses within our area instead of buying from the big stores.

I'm passionate about sharing economy and as a family we advocate for our own community by supporting local businesses and local creatives through our own small business. This way, we have an avenue in helping the well-being of our community through service and arts.

We do home composting of our food scraps or kitchen waste. Left over food, that are not spoiled are given to our pets, we bring our reusables to the store to avoid single use plastic. We buy secondhand items or buy from shops from ethical companies. We donate some of our home items and clothes that are still good to use.

As #earthmonthecochallenge is coming to a close, I've learned more than just plastic pollution and GHG emissions.
