I signed up to the local Timeout Academy a few months back and started a cooking course this month. Never realized the amount of foodwaste (peelings, bits of this and that) we throw away that can be (re)used for simple things like making a broth. Will implement learnings in my future culinary experiences :)

I will continue changing lightbulbs at home and my parents house.

mainly, I have double think about the product is really needed for me. If it is a bargain or just it is a pretty object but it is not useful, then I dont waste my money.

Collected my new electric vehicle last week so April will be the first full month to drive it!

Although sometimes reluctant to take the bike, everyday I will be suprised with something beautiful I see on my way to the office and back, sun between the trees, birds warming in the sun, fog on the canal. My mind gets more relaxed than when I would go by car and I would miss all this beauty.
