Reduce the amount of meat we eat in a week. 

I watched Emerson's Planet In Focus podcast #1 on Global Supply Chain.  Interesting to hear of their thoughts and ideas for Greening the supply chain.

People who have less income and lives in small/far towns from the big cities do not have the same opportunity- there are not groceries stores close by, they do not access to healthy food and are risk to have more diseases. The training contains a lot of information, new concepts, new terminology for me. Was very useful, I could listen it again ;)
