As we approach out last week of this challenge it is important we carry out the new habits we learned and incorporate them into our daily lives.

When driving alone in my own vehicle, I have no interactions of meaningful conversations with people. When I take public transportation, I notice I can talk to people and have interactions with them.

I have learned that selecting seafood species that are abundant and not overfished, like Pacific sardines or US farmed oysters, promotes sustainable seafood choices and helps preserve marine biodiversity.

I have learned that reducing shower time by just one minute can save up to 550 gallons of water per year, highlighting the significant impact of small actions on water conservation.

Sustainability is not about being perfect. It's about making better choices!
