Throughout the month of April, I've become more aware of my surroundings and my impact on our planet.I've always been a recycler.  I reused the wine bottle below to root plant cuttings.  It's a great feeling!  #EME2022Story

I learned specifically for Ohio there is not a limit on annual rent increases. I myself have experienced a dramatic rent increase and the lack of protection in this aspect can be very dangerous for the community.
