April 27 at 7:38 PMYesterday, I joined a cooking class during my vacation in beautiful Sri Lanka. We cooked 10 different delicious dishes - all vegan. I can tell you Sri Lanka is a culinary heaven for vegetarian & vegan food! Really recommend you to try some recipes from Sri Lanka.

Instead of meat, I nowadays often replace it with various plant based variants - started again with Rügenwalder, Tofu from Denn's and increasingly relying on like meat (like chicken and like grilled chicken) or simply mushrooms...

April 21 at 4:13 PMThe magic lies - as so often - in consistency. So, making Earth Month and all the good ideas there to Earth life, sticking to only 1-3 (ofc the more the better), will make a huge difference (I might move from the 5 minute showers to more vegan meals though - much easier for me).

April 21 at 4:11 PMSmoothies are the key to me. While apples with seeds and all may not be the most tasty (broccoli same), the blender helps reducing waste massively.
