Kelly Ziegenfuss 4/18/2022 9:01 AMPracticing work-life balance creates a more sustainable life as I am able to focus and put in my best effort if I am rested and balanced. It is important for me to take time to explore my interests and spend time with family and friends. This is what reenergizes me and prevents burn out.
