REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth & Equity Spend Time OutsideWhat are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?
Trinidad Vera Vionnet 4/19/2023 8:41 AMNowadays we usually forget to enjoy the moment and appreciate the present and nature that we hve. It´s easy to get lost in the screens and spend most of our day scrolling through our phones but something as little as spending even 15 minutes outside disconnecting ourselves makes a difference in our day -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEducation & Livelihood Share Your Eco HabitsHow do you create new sustainability-related habits or change bad habits?
Trinidad Vera Vionnet 4/19/2023 8:38 AMThe easiest way for me to create new sustainability- related habit is to take a habit I already do and choose sustainable options for it. For example in my case I traded my beuty products for vegan cruelty-free products -
