Not only has my diet change to eat less meat resulted in a positive impact on the planet but I've lost 5 COVID kg's so far and feel so much better. Having changed my diet also meant I have been eating more vegies, improving my intake of vitamins and I really feel like I have more energy and a better mood :-) Good for planet - good for me!

I found it helpful to see the impact different actions could have by taking the quiz again - this time answering as if I had made changes to my bad eco habits!

I found a little gem...Birds Eye Veggie Rice Risotto - it is actually so good, so easy for a lazy lunch/dinner and healthy...give it a go!
