    In order to stay sustainable, I have started moving my body more often. I have recently started going outside more often to rollerskate. I chose a physical activity that I liked to develop into a habit because it's good for my body. I've noticed that finding a healthy activity that you enjoy increases the chances of establishing a sustainable habit for the long-term results. The trick to keeping good habits is to find time where you can focus on that activity and ensure that it is something you are passionate about so that it doesn't feel like a chore.

    Since a lot of the world is online with devices, oftentimes we stay inside and don't get the amount of sunlight our bodies need. Or we get accustomed to being inside and don't like being outside. But we can change that. Instead of being inside with our phones and computers, spending at least an hour every day outside can improve our health significantly. From physical activity to reducing fatigue and our body's exposure to Vitamin D, which is a nutrient we absorb for energy, there are many benefits of being outside.
