    I was surprised to see but good to learn that my state VA has the highest eviction rate because of lot of contributing factors.

    I joined the challenge to bring small changes everyday and start to reinforce some positive habits. Learning about my local water shed, small green patches in and around the neighborhood is a beautiful experience of appreciating what we have and where we go.

    There are a lot of factors that connect every action we take in our day to day life that affects the environment around us. How we live, eat, spend our time on this planet matters and I hope to keep this momentum keep going that my actions matter.

    Learning how primarily women are dealing with water related insecurities in local areas which sometime is not even in the news. Women, in particular women of color, have been deeply embedded in the water justice movement.

    Being a vegetarian, I think it's rather easy for me to stick with vegan meals but taking it to next level to learn about milk, butter, cheese...As an adult how much dairy does our body require
