I supported our organization's sustainability efforts by working as a sustainability team champion for the logistics team. One of the initiatives I contributed to was reducing paper usage by digitalizing the pick-pack process in the warehouse—providing tablets to warehouse personnel instead of printed picklists. This project resonated with me because it showed how small changes in daily operations can create a meaningful impact toward Emerson’s overall sustainability goals.
