Spending time outdoors surrounded by nature (such as trees, plants, and wildlife) has been shown to reduce levels of stress and anxiety. ... However, a pleasant environment (such as a garden or tree-lined park) can reverse this impact, and improve recovery time and mental well-being. It has a pleasant and cooling effect on our mind and it provides refreshment to the soul too.

Electricity Choose Renewable Energy or Purchase Renewable Energy Credits
Your utility company is able to tell you your average energy usage. Ask them how your energy usage compares to others in your ZIP code, region, and/or state. What other steps can you take each day to reduce your electricity usage?

1 ) Shut down your computer. Computers are some of the biggest energy users in office buildings.
    2) Choose the right light. LED bulbs are the most energy-efficient lighting option
    3) Use Natural Light
    4)Take shorter showers
    5)Turn off unnecessary lights
    6) Air dry hair instead of using hair dryer
    7)Unplug unused electronics

Diversifying our energy supply and improving public health are just two benefits of renewable energy. What other motivators inspire you to consider installing a solar water heater in your home?

Switching to solar hot water is a great way to reduce carbon and other greenhouse emissions and protect our climate. It also reduces the emissions of hazardous gas which pollutes the air thereby it improves the quality of air. It protects our water quality as we avoid the release of toxic metals and byproducts into the water bodies which is caused by releasing of harmful byproducts of burning fossil fuel. The most interesting Pros of it is that it helps in Monthly savings as, by a fact, a solar hot water system typically pays for itself in just four to eight years, and can be expected to last for 40 years or more. That’s a lot of free energy and a lot of savings. A solar water heater is also cheaper to install and we can save money on fuel bills
