    I am both humbled and vitalized. There is a lot of work to do but the work is positive and not feeling impossible. The small changes gather, and together make it into a large change.

    Art promotes an emotional reaction first and this can be helpful in bringing people in to the dialogue and action.

    I got people invited about gardening starting again and how nice it will be to have fresh herbs instead of buying them

    I substituted glass bowls to store my food for the week instead of the usual zip locks

    I'm not doing great with this goal...but I drink tons of coffee and always use the paper cups, I am reflecting on this and stating to the group this self-promise. If you see me with a paper cup, you can gently shame me as a way to fix this habit.
