A hybrid will be a great choice for me and for the environment, the city I live in has different incentives to promote this.

I go to Starbucks a lot, so being more conscious of this is how I can start making different choices.

What are some more "R's" you could add to your daily practice to reduce your waste?

Definitely reducing waste and be more conscious about what I buy or use.

When driving you are unable to appreciate all of the nature's beauty and prevent interaction with the enviroment
  • Reflection Question
Coastal, Ocean, and Engineered Sinks Smart Seafood Choices
Many states and countries have advisories on eating fish. Find out what is advised for your region. Do you think your diet choices fall within these guidelines? What steps do you need to take to make sure that they do?

    Yaudiel Sanchez's avatar
    Yaudiel Sanchez 4/30/2021 4:28 AM
My country does not have advisory on eating fish however, based on Seafood Watch consumer I can definitely make different choices to be more sustainable

It is difficult and sometimes more expensive to switch from brands or products we are used to but the bottom line is to help the planet and make better environmental and lifestyle choices.

It is important to know what impact we have with our daily actions, sometimes we are polluting by not making the best choices in the food we buy. First, let's educate ourselves.

With  home office firmly in place, we can make sure to improve on communication and make use of the camera so it is easier to measure people's non-verbal language. That way we can make sure we communicate better and in a more personal way.
  • Reflection Question
    Industry Choose Recycled Paper
Good job on choosing recycled paper! How can you take your action a step further?

    Yaudiel Sanchez's avatar
    Yaudiel Sanchez 4/25/2021 6:15 PM
Post-It has great "green' and recycled products available, the best part was that they were a bit cheaper. These are the ones I am using while doing home office, besides pretty and sustainable, they are very useful.
  • Reflection Question
Transportation Research and Consider Switching to a Hybrid or Electric Vehicle
Reducing (or eliminating) exhaust emissions and improving public health are two benefits of green vehicles. What other motivators inspire you to consider switching to a more fuel-efficient vehicle?

    Yaudiel Sanchez's avatar
    Yaudiel Sanchez 4/25/2021 6:12 PM
Luckily there are measures from my government from the last administration that gives tax breaks and discounts for having a hybrid, with the decline in petrol production, having a hybrid car is just the best choice. Although initially a bit price the differences are not that big and the perks more than makeup for it.
