    Recently I was listening to a friend complain that they've had trouble hiring "good employees" at their company. I was about to make suggestions but stopped and instead asked some clarifying questions, and learned a lot more about their issues. Because of active listening and clarifying, I was able to offer suggestions that were actually applicable and useful instead of what I would have rushed to suggest before learning more.

    The sharing economy is basically how I refresh my wardrobe! Instead of always buying new clothes, my friends and I often give each other our hand-me-downs. Once everyone in the group has gone through the pile of clothes, we donate whatever is left over.

    Do you have any tips for others on finding locations that accept products for safe disposal?

    I was prescribed an addictive medication after a surgery and I was worried about correctly disposing of the extra pills I had. I went to my local pharmacy and learned that many pharmacies and hospitals have dedicated medication disposal boxes! Also, depending on the medication there are multiple options for at-home disposal.
