Their benefits are endless. Global carbon buffering, medicine, biodiversity...
  • Reflection Question
Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Learn More about Regenerative Agriculture

    Bonnie Rogers 4/26/2021 8:04 AM
I'm not sure if bulding with bamboo is being done here, and wonder how the local codes perceive that technique. Another sustainable alternative that has many uses is hemp.
  • Reflection Question
Food, Agriculture, and Land Use Learn the Truth About Expiration Dates
How does knowing the difference between use by, sell by, and best by dates empower you to make better decisions?

    Bonnie Rogers's avatar
    Bonnie Rogers 4/23/2021 3:13 PM
All dates are not an indication of food safety which is pretty clear. I will share this information with others now. I have always made judgement calls on the specific food regardless of date and will continue.
