Health & Equity Spend Time Outside
What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?

I am constantly struggling with our culture's work ethics and standards, spending all day in front of a screen. Being sucked in to something that isn't tangible like what is on our computer screen takes away from valuable moments (both big and small) that we don't get to experience due to being inside or glued to a screen.
