After learning more about investing, how can you increase positive impacts and decrease negative impacts?

    Portfolio diversification
Portfolio diversification is the process of selecting a variety of investments within each asset class to help minimize investment risk. Diversification across asset classes may also help lessen the impact of major market swings on your portfolio.

As an investor, think about what you want to contribute to the world with your investment. And assess how you feel about that yourself. Even if no information is available yet about the exact consequences or impact of a particular investment. That does not excuse us from at least trying to assess and weigh all the consequences as best as possible. Forming your own judgement, the human capacity to judge, is the basis for assessing the value of an investment.

    Shwetha Phutane's avatar
    Shwetha Phutane 4/29/2022 9:02 AM
We have been trained by our parents to how to mend our clothes. Not throwing them away of they a little damaged or so.
By mending and repairing your clothing, you are making sure that you can wear it for longer, which means you are slowing down how much you consume and making sure that less goes to waste.

Yes, would want to switch to using induction cooking.  The pot or pan heats up while the cooktop remains cools – and safe to touch!  Quick cooking times, energy efficiency, and safety is what i like about induction cooking!
