    I made time to go to a yoga class, which is usually hard for me to make it to. I have been prioritizing taking time for me to have better work-life balance as well as 'me' time.

    I am fortunate to have solar panels. I inquired about getting more, but the company said we have sufficient. I was able to discuss about them with neighbors who have also made the move to go solar. Working closely with our community to educate and share resources is a great way to start!

    I attended a yoga class, and was able to practice mediation and mindfulness during this class. I was able to calm myself and reflect on being present.
