    It is amazing how you feel when you help someone, spruce up your yard with new tree, and feel better after eating a Vegan meal

    I called my Doctor in Burnsville which is about 15 miles away and got a virtual appointment instead

    grilled Salmon ( wild caught sockeye) - I marinated in the frig. for about 2 hours before grilling. I used an Orange Sauce that I make

    recipe for marinade
    1 cup of orange juice
    1 table spoon of Dill
    1 cup of chili sauce
    1 teaspoon of Ginger
