    I have better digestion actually and ability to take a breath in the moment to reconnect with myself and the world around me.  Recharges the mind and body collectively so you can join back in to the thick of things.

    Previous work life, was able to specific and design buildings in smaller countries, resulting in major impact to savings as cost of electricity is very high in other parts of the world.

    I am vegan and have traveled through third world countries and have seen the benefits on the health care system, local farmer economy and overall health of the people.
