Melissa Norfleet 4/27/2023 11:32 AMSymphony of soil. The most intriguing and important fact is the relationship between soil, plants, and animals. I never considered the intricacies of organic farming before. I'll make greater efforts to support farmers. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONBasic Needs & Security Try a New Vegan or Vegetarian RecipeWhat was the dish you made, and how did it turn out? What did it feel like to try a new recipe? If you can share a picture, please do!
Melissa Norfleet 4/25/2023 7:27 PMThe recipe I tried was one I tried in college, but I changed it a bit to make it new. It was vegetable lasagna, but instead of using spinach and traditional marinara sauce, I used alfredo sauce and a variety of vegetables. I love trying new recipes (when they turn out good). :-) -
REFLECTION QUESTIONClimate & Ecosystems Ecological & Xeriscape GardeningWhat ecological or xeriscape landscaping practices do you have? How has your landscape changed from these practices?
