Rachel Neroutsos 4/06/2023 8:39 AMToday I calculated my carbon footprint and was shocked at how high it was. The biggest contributing factor is the heating in my apartment which is somewhat out of my control. With that said, the survey gave me ideas of other ways I can decrease on my footprint such as by shopping less, flying less, eating a more plant-based diet, and choosing green cars when Uber and Lyft. -
Rachel Neroutsos 4/05/2023 1:10 PMI have had a great start toward my 2023 sustainable development goals. So far, I have done a great job at cutting down on my animal product consumption. While I don't typically eat a lot of meat, I made the extra effort this week to purchase meat alternatives for my dinners and find protein in other sources. I am excited to continue to find more recipes that use meat alternatives in the coming weeks!
