Avik Nandi 4/27/2023 10:53 AMOne of the eco-friendly habits I adopted is eating more vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds in the dietary routine and less of meat and dairy products. Producing plant-based foods generally results in fewer greenhouse gas emissions and requires less energy, land, and water and also helps promote biodiversity in agriculture, which is important for maintaining healthy ecosystems and ensuring long-term food security. -
