    As plastic breaks down, it forms microplastics that contaminate soil, water, and even the air, entering the food chain and potentially impacting human health. Alternative packaging materials can eliminate this source of microplastic pollution

    When you’re at your local grocery store, do some research ahead of time to find products that participate in sustainable practices. Organic foods are usually free of pesticides and other harmful chemicals
